To feel
Simply feel what you really have felt;

Recognize what has happened, to accept by knowing what can handle, what can not

Forgiveness doesn’t mean brain dead, but simply recognise the only you can change is yourself;
To commit
Because there is no other choice if you would like to make a change;
To make a closure,
First learn what and how to pick up, then understand what and how to lay down.
